1,4-丁二醇、聚四氢呋喃、乙二醇生产废水处理工艺优化工程实例

摘要 某化工企业原污水处理工艺在运行过程中,UASB反应器出水COD偏高,波动较大,造成MBR出水的COD偏高,深度处理臭氧用量增大、生物活性炭滤池中活性炭更换频繁,导致运行成本较高,有必要对其工艺优化。结果表明,使COD值较低的废水直接进入水解酸化池,而不经过UASB厌氧反应器,增加高COD废水在UASB反应器中的停留时间,同时在A/O生化池中投加生物促生剂,可大大降低UASB厌氧反应器出水和MBR出水的COD值,减轻了后续深度处理的负担,在节约成本的同时,实现废水稳定达标排放。 During the operation of the sewage treatment process of a chemical plant,the COD of the UASB reactor effluent is high and fluctuates greatly,resulting in a high COD of the MBR effluent,the increase in the amount of ozone in advanced treatment,and the frequent replacement of activated carbon in the biological activated carbon filter,the cost is high,and it is necessary to optimize its process.The results show that the wastewater with low COD value directly enters the hydrolysis and acidification tank without going through the UASB reactor,and the residence time of the high COD wastewater in the UASB reactor is increased.The addition of bio-energizer can greatly reduce the COD value of UASB reactor effluent and MBR effluent,reduce the burden of subsequent advanced treatment,and achieve stable discharge of wastewater up to the standard while saving costs.
