云南某铅锌矿强化黄铁矿活化的试验研究

摘要 某矿山选矿厂采用“铅硫混选-异步等可浮选”流程浮选回收铅锌矿物。随着深部矿体的开采,矿石中各种硫化物可浮性差异变大,导致黄铁矿在铅硫混浮时回收不充分,大量黄铁矿在锌浮选段浮出,影响锌精矿品位。为了提升黄铁矿的可浮性,解决铅硫混选作业中黄铁矿后窜的问题,针对黄铁矿的表面特性,研究开发黄铁矿活化剂提升黄铁矿的可浮性。现场工业试验结果表明,添加活化剂硫酸亚铁后硫精矿回收率提升了15.16个百分点。该工艺采用绿色高效药剂制度,实现铅锌硫的高效综合回收。 A mineral processing plant of one mine adopts"lead-sulfur mixing separation-asynchronous and other flotation"flow to recover lead-zinc minerals.The difference of floatability of each sulfide in the ore becomes larger along with deep ore deposition extraction,which leads to inadequate recovery of pyrite in lead-sulfur mixed flotation,a mass of pyrite floats during zinc flotation,it can affect concentration grade.It studied and developed a pyrite activator for the promotion of the flotability of pyrite according to the surface features of pyrite,to increase the flotability of pyrite,to solve the backward channeling problem of pyrite in lead-sulfur mixing separation operation.The on-site industrial test results show the recovery rate of the sulfur concentrate increased by 15.16%after the addition of the activator(ferrous sulfate).The green and efficient reagent system is adopted for this process,it can realize highly efficient comprehensive recovery of lead,zinc and sulfur.
