摘要
某钒钛磁铁矿原矿中Sc含量为43.1 g/t(Sc_(2)O_(3)含量66.09 g/t),相对较高,具有一定的综合回收价值。在利用选矿方法综合回收该矿中铁、钛等主要元素的同时,对原矿中钪的富集走向进行了研究。试验表明,原矿中Sc基本不向强磁性矿物富集,主要向强磁精矿、浮钛尾矿、重选尾矿中富集,Sc_(2)O_(3)含量分别达到101.38g/t、104.44 g/t、129.72 g/t,为钪的综合利用奠定了一定的基础。
In one vanadium-titanium magnetite,Sc content is 43.1 g/t(Sc_(2)O_(3) content is 66.09 g/t),it is relatively high,and it has a certain comprehensive recovery value.We use the mineral separation method for comprehensive recovery of iron,titanium and the other main elements,simultaneously,we also studied the enrichment trend of scandium in raw ore.Test results show:that Sc in raw ore is basically not enriched to strong magnetic minerals,it is mainly enriched to strongly magnetic concentration,flotation titanium tailings,gravity separation tailings,Sc_(2)O_(3) content reaching 101.38 g/t,104.44 g/t and 129.72 g/t separately,it lays a certain foundation to comprehensive utilization of scandium.
