摘要
为了对锡矿物进行准确定量分析,考察了氧化物相(锡石中锡)、硫化物相(硫化物中锡)、水锡石相(水锡石中锡)、硅酸锡相(硅酸盐中锡)四个锡物相的浸取条件,在不同条件下连续浸取分相后,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱ICP-AES法测定浸出液中锡含量,检出限0.007 8μg/mL,线性范围0.026~100.00μg/mL。通过样品测定,相对标准偏差RSD (n=11)在1.8%~5.2%之间,优越于传统酸溶锡和酸不溶锡的锡物相方法,结果准确,值得推广。
The accurate quantitative analysis of tin mineral was carried out to investigate the leaching conditions of the following items:oxides phase(tin in tin ore),sulphide phase(tin in sulphide),hydrosisiterite phase(tin in hydrocassiterite),tin silicate phase(tin in silicate).After continuous leaching splitting phase under different conditions,the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)is used to measure tin content in leaching liquid,the detection limit is 0.0078μg/mL,the linearity range is 0.026~100.00μg/mL.Sample measuring results are:the relative standard deviation RSD(n=11)is between 1.8%~5.2%,it is better than the traditional tin phase methods that acid-soluble tin and acid insoluble tin methods,the results are accurate,and it's worth promoting.
