摘要
针对电解铝能耗高的问题,采用开槽炭阳极工艺进行电解铝生产,使电解槽平均工作电压降低11mV,铝能耗降低33 kW·h/t·Al,阳极效应系数降低到0.011次/槽·日,新极入槽到达工作电流时间缩短4h,减少了电解槽异常时间,提高了电解槽运行的稳定性。
The slotted carbon anode process was adopted for electrolytic aluminum production to solve the high energy consumption of electrolytic aluminum,then the average operating voltage of the electrolytic cell decreased by 11 mV,aluminum energy consumption decreased by 33 kW·h/t·Al,the anode effect coefficient decreased by 0.011 times/cell per day,the working current of the new anode entering into the cell was shortened by 4 h,the abnormal time of electrolytic cell was decreased,and the stability of electrolytic cell's operation was increased.
