铝电解槽焦粒焙烧启动的研究与应用

摘要 为了降耗提效,对大修后的电解槽焦粒焙烧启动,从物料装槽、铺焦挂极、装软连接、装分流片、焙烧期间的操作管理、灌铝启动等过程进行优化,使整个电解槽焙烧过程阳极导电均匀,电流分布在2.0~3.0 mV之间,三钢温度分别比制定标准低20℃、30℃、20℃。 The coke preheating start-up of an aluminum electrolytic cell after overhaul was optimized from aspects of material filling,coke spreading electrode hanging,installation of soft links,installation of distribution tab,operation management in the roasting period,start-up of aluminum filling,and so on,then the anode conducts electricity evenly in a whole roasting period of electrolytic cell,the current distribution is 2.0~3.0 mV,three-steel temperature is lower than the set standards by 20℃,30℃,20℃separately.
