摘要
注浆技术是现代地下工程加固与防渗的重要施工手段,注浆法在各类地下工程中发挥了重要作用。随着现代地下工程发展,注浆技术取得了显著的发展,同时也对地层注浆提出了更高技术要求,特别是在保障煤矿高效安全生产前提下需要更精准的注浆技术。从近年来煤矿注浆法的发展趋势可以看出,精准注浆分别在区域、钻孔与孔内3个层次上取得了显著进展,通过工程实例分析,系统综述了目前煤矿地下精准注浆技术特征,提出了煤矿地下精准注浆的内涵与关键技术,总结了不同尺度精准注浆的实施方法、适应条件以及工程实例,为相关地下工程精准注浆发展提供借鉴。
Grouting technology is an important construction method for the reinforcement and waterproofing of modern underground engineering.The grouting method plays an important role in various underground projects.With the development of underground engineering,grouting technology has made remarkable progress,and it also puts forward higher technical requirements for stratum grouting.In particular,under the premise of ensuring the efficient and safe production of coal mines,more accurate grouting technology is required.From the development trend of the coal mine grouting method in recent years,it can be seen that precise grouting has made significant progress in three levels:regional,borehole,and in-hole.The technical characteristics of underground precise grouting in coal mines are systematically summarized through the analysis of engineering examples.The connotation and key technology of underground precise grouting in coal mines are put forward.The implementation methods,adaptive conditions,and engineering examples of precision grouting with different scales are summarized.It provides a reference for developing precision grouting in related underground engineering.
