矿用三相异步电机冷却结构优化研究

摘要 为降低矿用三相异步电机的温升,以一台3 300 V、3 000 kW电机为研究对象,首先基于有限元体积法,探究有无定转子轴向通风道及定子轴向通风道数量对温升的影响,得到了定子轴向通风道数量的最优设计方案。最后,通过试验验证了计算方法的准确性,为后续矿用三相异步电机结构设计提供了参考。 In order to reduce the temperature rise of three-phase asynchronous motors for mines,a 3300 V,3000 kW motor was taken as the research object.Based on the finite element volume method,the influence of the presence or absence of axial ventilation ducts of the stator and the number of stator axial ventilation ducts on the temperature rise was explored.The optimal design of the number of axial ventilation ducts of the stator was obtained.Finally,the accuracy of the calculation method was verified through experiments.This provides a reference for the structural design of three-phase asynchronous motors for mines.
