综采工作面紧急截止卸荷系统的研究

摘要 一种新型的紧急截止卸荷系统,解决了综采工作面在截止卸荷过程中存在的卸荷不及时、不安全的问题,从而达到快速、高效、安全卸荷的目的。在环形供液,非环形供液,架间供液3种状态下,阐述该系统的运行原理、运行环境、运行状态、适用条件等,并对其在实际工况条件下工作面截止卸荷的速度,工作面内高压的卸荷情况进行模拟仿真,以及在综采工作面的实际应用,验证此截止卸荷方法的高效性。 A new type of emergency prohibition unloading system solves the problems of untimely and unsafe unloading during the emergency prohibition unloading process in fully mechanized mining faces,thereby achieving the goal of fast,efficient,and safe unloading.Elaborate on the operating principle,operating environment,operating status,and applicable conditions of the system under three states of annular liquid supply,non annular liquid supply,and inter frame liquid supply.Simulate the cutting off unloading speed of the working face and the unloading situation of high pressure in the working face under actual working conditions,and verify the efficiency of this cutting off unloading method through practical application in the fully mechanized mining face.
