摘要
试验旨在探讨酵母培养物对思南牛生长性能及瘤胃发酵功能的影响,确定酵母培养物在思南牛养殖中应用的可行性。试验选择32头体重无显著性差异、健康的思南牛,随机分成4组,每头思南牛为1个重复。各组思南牛分别饲喂添加0(对照组)、40、80、160 g/(头·d)的酵母培养物的试验饲料。预饲期1周,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,80 g添加组思南牛的末重、总增重和平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);瘤胃中菌体蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05),氨态氮含量显著降低(P<0.05);瘤胃中丙酸含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,40 g添加组和160 g添加组思南牛的总增重显著升高(P<0.05),瘤胃丙酸含量显著升高(P<0.05);末重、平均日增重及瘤胃中菌体蛋白含量有提高的趋势(P>0.05),料重比、瘤胃中氨态氮含量有降低的趋势(P>0.05)。研究表明,适量的酵母培养物可提高思南牛的生长性能,改善瘤胃发酵功能,综合数据结果,酵母培养物的最适添加水平为80 g/(头·d)。
The experiment aimed to explore the effects of yeast culture on the growth performance and ruminal fermentation function of Sinan cattle,and to determine the feasibility of applying yeast culture in the breeding of Sinan cattle.The trial selected 32 healthy Sinan cattle with no significant difference in body weight,randomly divided into four groups,with each Sinan cattle as a replicate.The Sinan cattle in each group were fed experimental feed supplemented with 0(control group),40,80,160 g/(cattle·day)of yeast culture.The pre-feeding period was one week,and the formal experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,total weight gain,and average daily weight gain of the Sinan cattle in the 80 g supplemental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The concentration of microbial protein in the rumen was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The concentration of propionic acid in the rumen was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total weight gain of the Sinan cattle in the 40 g supplemental group and 160 g supplemental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the concentration of propionic acid in the rumen was significantly increased(P<0.05).There was a trend of increase in the final weight,average daily weight gain,and microbial protein concentration in the rumen(P>0.05),and a trend of decrease in the feed-to-gain ratio and ammonia nitrogen concentration in the rumen(P>0.05).The study indicates that an appropriate amount of yeast culture can improve the growth performance of Sinan cattle and improve the ruminal fermentation function.Based on the comprehensive data results,the optimal addition level of yeast culture is 80 g/(cattle·day).
