摘要
“在地国际化”是20世纪90年代末发源于欧洲,与“境外国际化”相对的概念。西方学界主要从高等教育机构层面来理解和界定“在地国际化”概念及其实践内涵。我国高等教育在地国际化与西方国家在具体语境上存在重大差异。因此,我国高等教育在地国际化研究和实践必须实现方法论转变,需要在高等教育现代化视域下研究在地国际化概念及其实践内涵,需要通过保持国际化与本土化的平衡来研究在地国际化的实践要素和实施框架。
“Internationalization at Home”originated in Europe in the late 1990s as a concept contrasting with“internationalization abroad.”In Western academia,the concept and practical connotations of“internationalization at home”are primarily understood and defined at the level of higher education institutions.However,there are significant contextual differences in the implementation of internationalization at home in Chinese higher education compared to Western countries.Therefore,research and practice of internationalization at home in Chinese higher education must undergo a methodological shift.Specifically,it is essential to explore the concept and practical connotations of internationalization at home within the framework of higher education modernization,while examining the practical elements and implementation frameworks that balance internationalization with localization.
