高等教育拔尖创新人才培养:理论、政策与实践研究三重合一的挑战与探索

The Cultivation of Top-talents in Higher Education:The Challenge and Exploration in Educational Theory,Policy and Practice

摘要 在中国高等教育学会高等教育学专业委员会2022年学术年会“青年学者论坛”上,青年学者围绕拔尖创新人才培养的理论基础、政策意涵和实践机制进行研讨,提出了多个有高等教育特征的创新观点。拔尖创新人才培养是涉及全人发展、全教育链条、全社会因素、全口径研究的复杂问题,深化高等教育拔尖创新人才培养研究,应聚焦突出问题,综合运用理论、政策、实践研究等多维视角,整合研究的学理性、社会性和政策性功能,挖掘、提炼已有经验,探索形成有坚实基础和中国特色、可为世界理解并能与之交流的拔尖创新人才培养模式与体系。 The top-talent cultivation is a complex issue related to the whole-person devel-opment,the whole-system of education,the whole-elements of society and the whole-type of researches.Based on the papers presented in the Young Scholar's Forum held by the HERA-CAHE in 2022 with the topic of top-talents education,it focuses on the concepts,the theo-retical foundation and the practical mechanism of top-talents education.The suggestions for the future studies have been made as the following:focusing on the basic and prominent is-sues in higher education,combining the multi-views of theory,policy and practice,integra-ting the various functions of academia,society and policy makers,and exploring to build the modernized educational system fitted for both the top-talents and all students,with Chinese characters and world-wide communicable status.
