扩径喷枪压裂技术原理及其在沙曲南区块的应用

摘要 当水平井井筒存在漏点且未固井时,无法使用连续油管底封拖动或者泵送桥塞光套管等环空加压的压裂方式,只能通过油管水力喷砂射流压裂,但是受限于喷嘴尺寸,施工排量难以保证。扩径喷枪作为射孔、压裂一体化工具,喷嘴尺寸在压裂施工的过程中,会随着喷嘴过砂量的增加不断扩大,因此同时具有喷砂射孔、大排量压裂双项功能,可以保证油管水力喷砂射流压裂的施工排量。以沙曲南区块SQN-173-L1井为例,详细介绍了扩径喷枪压裂技术原理及其2种不同应用条件下的压裂管柱结构,并在该井的应用中取得了显著效果,研究结果表明:扩径喷枪压裂技术可有效解决井筒存在漏点、且未固井的水平井压裂问题。 When there is a leak in the wellbore of a horizontal well and the well is not cemented,it is impossible to use annular pressurization methods such as coiled tubing bottom seal dragging or pumping bridge plug bare casing,fracturing can only be done by tubing hydraulic sandblasting jet,but it is difficult to ensure the construction displacement due to the size of nozzle.As an integrated tool for perforation and fracturing,the expanding spray gun has the dual functions of sand-blasting perforation and large-displacement fracturing,which can ensure the construction displacement of tubing hydraulic sand-blasting jet fracturing.Taking well SQN-173-L1 in Shaqunan block as an example,the principle of expanding gun fracturing technology and the fracturing string structure under two different application conditions are introduced in detail,and remarkable results have been achieved in the application of this well.The research results show that the expanding gun fracturing technology can effectively solve the fracturing problem of horizontal wells with leakage points and unconsolidated wells.
