摘要
介绍了上覆岩层离层注浆填充技术,旨在解决新元煤矿地表构筑物、道路以及河流压煤、资源浪费等问题。设计了一种填充技术,通过在岩层之间注入浆料,填充空隙,从而稳定地表,减轻地表压力,防止地表塌陷。研究重点在于技术原理和施工过程的关键环节,通过实地实践验证了该技术的有效性。分析了技术的工作原理,注浆填充的材料和方法。该技术的应用范围主要在采煤区域的地表工程中,具有显著的经济和社会效益。与传统方法相比,这项技术能够更有效地解决地表下沉和生态破坏等问题,同时释放原煤开采区域,减少资源浪费。通过实践,得出该技术在实际应用中具有可行性和优越性的结论。
The overlying rock strata isolation grouting filling technology is introduced,aimed at addressing issues such as surface construction,roads,and rivers being impacted by coal mining activities,resulting in coal compression,severe resource wastage,and associated problems including surface subsidence and ecological degradation.A filling technique involving injecting slurry material between rock strata to fill voids was designed,thereby stabilizing the surface,alleviating surface pressure,and preventing surface collapse.The study focused on the technical principles and key stages of construction,validating the effectiveness of the technology through on-site practical experiments.Analysis encompassed the working principles of the technology,as well as the materials and methods for grouting filling.The application scope of this technology primarily lies in surface engineering within coal mining areas,offering significant economic and societal benefits.Compared to conventional methods,this technology more effectively addresses issues such as surface subsidence and ecological damage while also reclaiming the original coal mining areas,thus reducing resource wastage.Practical application has led to the conclusion that this technology is feasible and superior in actual implementation.
