摘要
唐山矿0293工作面回采巷道存在变形大、难支护等问题,理论分析表明:处于高偏应力环境的巷道围岩易于产生较大的变形,理论分析和现场实测表明,巷道围岩局部区域的塑性区破坏深度达到3.8 m左右,巷道表面位移量达400 mm左右,基于此,设计了针对围岩的“塑性区内+塑性区外+稳定岩层”的“锚杆+短锚索+长锚索”三重支护方案:即选用2.4 m锚杆、4.5 m短锚索与10.5 m长锚索协同支护,实现软岩巷道的安全稳定。
The mining roadway in the 0293 working face of Tangshan mine has problems such as large deformation and dfficulty in support.Analyze the characteristics of rock damage and deformation in the roadway surrounding rock,and finds that the roadway surrounding rock in a high deviatoric stress environment is more prone to large roadway displacement.Theoretical analysis and on-site measurement show that the plastic zone damage depth in the local area of the roadway surrounding rock reaches about 3.8 m,and the surface displacement of the roadway reaches about 400 mm,based on this,a triple support scheme of"anchor rod and short anchor cable and long anchor cable"was designed for the surrounding rock,which includes"plastic zone inside and plastic zone outside and stable rock layer".That is,2.4 m anchor rod,4.5 m short anchor cable,and 10.5 m long anchor cable were used for collaborative support to achieve safety and stability of soft rock roadway.
