摘要
针对井下取样地面化验误差大、效率低、时效性差等问题,提出了基于NDIR检测技术煤矿密闭空间多参数监测系统,实时监测密闭采空区O_(2)、CH_(4)、CO_(2)、CO及温度、压差等参数,能够从源头上对密闭内外环境状态进行测试和分析,提前对密闭内状态变化进行预警,从而达到预报的目的,通过注氮、注浆等方法防止密闭火灾、有毒有害气体涌出等事故的发生,保证了井下设备及人员的安全。现场测试表明:系统具备实时性、精度高、稳定性好以及可扩展性,可以实现煤矿密闭空间实时有效监测和自动报警功能,应用前景良好。
Aiming at the problems such as large error,low efficiency and poor timeliness of underground sampling and ground test,a multi-parameter monitoring system based on NDIR detection technology was proposed to monitor O_(2)、CH_(4)、CO_(2)、CO temperature and pressure dfference in closed gob in real time.It can test and analyze the environmental conditions inside and outside the seal from the source,and give early warning of the state changes in the seal in advance,so as to achieve the purpose of prediction.By injecting nitrogen,grouting and other methods,it can prevent the occurrence of sealed fire,toxic and harmful gas emission and other accidents,and ensure the safety of underground equipment and personnel.Field test shows that the system has real-time performance,high precision,good stability and scalability,and can realize the real-time and effective monitoring and automatic alarm function of coal mine confined space,and has a good application prospect.
