摘要
使用Pro/E软件制作刮板组件及其相配链环(平环和立环)的三维实体模型,根据实际使用需求设定立环旋转角度,对装配的模型进行体积干涉检查,进而确定优化目标。使用ANSYS软件的参数化分析方法,得到最优结果。
Use Pro/E software to create a 3D solid model of the scraper component and its matching chain rings(flat and vertical rings),set the rotation angle of the vertical ring according to actual usage requirements,perform volume interference checks on the assembled model,and then determine the optimization goal.Use the parameteric analysis method of ANSYS software to obtain the optimal results.
