摘要
针对地质结构相对复杂,临近矿生产实践情况分化严重,煤炭变质程度处于两级分界的矿井,设计在参考地勘报告的前提下,充分对比了多个临近矿特殊生产实践经验,并在中国煤炭分类标准的指标分析基础上,结合国际煤分类标准以及煤中碳、氧等元素指标对煤质和煤种进行多层次、多角度研判,制定出精准合理的煤炭分选工艺流程,为该矿区未开发矿井选煤厂以及类似矿区的设计工作带来了新角度、新思路,起到向导性作用。
For mines with relatively complex geological structure,seriously differentiated production practices of adjacent mines,and coal metamorphism at the boundary of two levels,the design is based on the premise of referring to the geological prospecting report and fully comparing the special production practice experience of several adjacent mines.Based on the index analysis of China's coal classification standard,combined with the international coal classification standard and the element index of carbon,oxygen and other elements in coal,multi-level and multi-angle research and judgment are carried out to formulate an accurate and reasonable coal separation process,which brings new angles and new ideas for the design of undeveloped coal preparation plant and similar mining areas in this mining area,and plays a guiding role.
