Research progress in the treatment of Japanese encephalitis in adults

流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)是能对中枢神经系统造成不可逆损伤的感染性疾病。由于该疾病发病机制复杂,至今尚无治疗乙脑的特效药及临床用药指南,仍被研究人员密切关注。随着研究的不断深入,免疫及联合治疗在乙脑中的作用逐渐凸显。因此本文从乙脑的抗病毒治疗、免疫治疗及联合治疗等方面进行综述,为乙脑的治疗提供借鉴。

Japanese encephalitis(JE)is an infectious disease that can cause irreversible damage to the central nervous system.Due to the complex pathogenesis of the disease,there are no specific drugs or clinical guidelines for the treatment of JE,which is still being closely monitored by researchers.The role of immunotherapy and combination therapy in JE has gradually become clearer in the current research progress.Therefore,this article reviews the antiviral therapy,immunotherapy and combination therapy for the treatment of JE.
