自拟中药鼻敏方联合标准化尘螨舌下脱敏治疗变应性鼻炎患儿的效果及对免疫功能影响

Effect of Self-prepared Chinese Medicine Binmin Prescription Combined with Standardized Dust Mite Sublingual Desensitization in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children and its Influence on Immune Function

探讨自拟中药鼻敏方联合标准化尘螨舌下脱敏治疗变应性鼻炎患儿的效果及对免疫功能影响。选择2021年1月至2021年12月于南通市中医院就诊的变应性鼻炎患儿66例,采用随机数字表法分成脱敏组与联合组,各33例。脱敏组采用标准化尘螨舌下脱敏治疗,联合组采用自拟中药鼻敏方联合标准化尘螨舌下脱敏治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月,比较两组患儿的中医证候积分、血清学指标、免疫功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发率。治疗后,联合组中医证候积分,白细胞介素-4(IL-4),CD8^(+)水平,复发率,喷嚏、鼻涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等症状消失时间均低于脱敏组(P<0.05);联合组转化生长因子(TGF-β)、IL-10、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、CD4^(+)水平与CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于脱敏组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率联合组较脱敏组高(P<0.05);不良反应总发生率两组差异不明显(P>0.05)。自拟中药鼻敏方联合标准化尘螨舌下脱敏治疗能够改善患儿血清学指标,降低中医证候积分及复发率,缩短患儿恢复时间,提高患儿免疫功能及临床疗效,安全性较高。

To investigate the effect of self-proposed traditional Chinese medicine binmin prescription combined with standardized dust mite sublingual desensitization in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis and the effect on immune function,66 children with allergic rhinitis who attended Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the desensitization group and the combination group,each with 33 cases,using the random number table method.The desensitization group was treated with standardized dust mite sublingual desensitization therapy,and the combination group was treated with self-prepared traditional Chinese medicine binmin prescription combined with standardized dust mite sublingual desensitization therapy,and the two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the children in the two groups were compared with the Chinese medicine syndrome score,serological indexes,immune function,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the children in the two groups.After treatment,the TCM symptom score,interleukin-4(IL-4),CD8^(+)level,recurrence rate,sneezing,nasal discharge,nasal congestion,nasal itching and other symptoms disappeared in the combined group were lower than those in the desensitized group(P<0.05).Transforming growth factor(TGF-β),IL-10,interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)level in the combined group were higher than those in the desensitized group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the combined group than in the desensitized group(P<0.05),and the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The combination of standardized sublingual desensitization of dust mites with the self-formulated Chinese medicine binmin prescription can improve the serological indexes of the children,reduce the points of Chinese medicine symptoms and the recurrence rate,shorten the recovery time of the children,improve the immune function of the children with a high degree of safety.
