随着中国职业教育改革不断深入,一些创新的教学方法和手段不断涌现,使职业教育焕发出无限的前景。在不断实践的基础上,翻转课堂已被广泛应用于中国职业教学领域,并获得了较好的教学效果和教学评价,继而衍生出微课程教学法。这对职业教育改革有着深刻的启示和长远的影响,是中国教育领域信息化改革的一大趋势。该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等体育科学研究方法,从微课内容短小精练、微课主题突出、微课具有较强的趣味性等三个方面论述体育微课在高职院校体育教学中的优势,并且从明确微课教学主题、增强体育教学趣味、提升学生自学能力等三个方面提出体育微课在高职院校体育教学中运用的具体策略,希望能为高等职业院校体育教学改革提供一些借鉴和帮助。

As the reform of China's vocational education continues to deepen,a number of innovative teaching methods and tools have emerged,giving vocational education an unlimited prospect.On the basis of continuous practice,flipped classroom has been widely used in the field of vocational teaching in China,and has gained better teaching effect and teaching evaluation,followed by the derivation of micro-course teaching method.This has a profound insight and long-term impact on the reform of vocational education,and is a major trend in the reform of informatization in the field of education in China.The paper uses the method of literature,logical analysis,expert interviewsand other sports science research methodsto discuss the advantages of micro-course in physical education in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:the short and concise content,the prominent theme and the strong interest of micro-course,the paper also puts forward the concrete strategies of applying micro-course in physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:defining the teaching theme of micro-course reasonably,using it flexibly to enhance the interest of physical education teaching,expanding the application and improvingthe students'self-study ability,hopingto provide some reference and help for the reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges.
