With the deepening of education reform,the layeredteaching method,as a student-centered teaching mode,has received more and more attention from the education circle.Physical education,as an important part of education,also needs to continuouslyimprove and innovate teaching methods to better meet the learning needs of students.The application of layeredteaching method in physical education can effectively improve students'participation and learning effect,meet the learning needs of students at different levels,and enhance students'self-confidence and sense of accomplishment.This paper aims to explore the application principles and effective paths of layeredteaching method in physical education teaching,in order to provide references for physical education teaching reform.
