基于SWOT态势分析群众冰雪运动开展现状与优化对策分析——以云南省为例

Based on SWOT Analysis of the Development Status and Optimizing Countermeasures of the Mass Ice and Snow Sports-Taking Yunnan Province as an Example

为有效开展群众冰雪运动,建立科学有效管理体制,该文通过文献资料、问卷调查、实地考察、SWOT分析等方法,对云南省群众冰雪运动发展现状进行研究和分析,深入了解冰雪体育活动参与人群和各类群众冰雪体育活动、赛事开展情况。运用SWOT分析法开展对策分析,为云南群众冰雪运动发展保驾护航。

In order to effectively carry out mass ice and snow sports and establish a scientific and effective management sys-tem,this article studies and analyzes the current development status of mass ice and snow sports in Yunnan Province through literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation,SwOT analysis and other methods,and deeply understands the participants of ice and snow sports activities and the development of various mass ice and snow sports activities and events.Using SWOT analysis method to carry out countermeasure analysis and safeguard the development of ice and snow sports for the people in Yunnan.
