This paper discusses the integration strategy and significance of the"red spirit"in the ideological and political construction of ice and snow physical education courses in colleges and universities from the perspective of"establishing morality and cultivating people".By analyzing the fit between the red spirit and the ice and snow physical education courses.specific integration paths are put forward,including curriculum content design,teaching methodsinnovation and practical activities.The study believes that integrating the red spirit into the ice and snow physical education curriculum can not only enrich students'ideological and political education content,but also effectively improve students'patriotism and tenacity,and further promote the deep integration of college physical education courses and ideological and political education.This integration strategy is of great significance for achieving the educational goal of"establishing morality and cultivating people"and cultivating socialist builders and successors in an all-round way.
