在新时代,国家的经济实力、科技水平、文化影响力等方面都得到了显著提升。同时,新时代也面临着新的机遇和挑战,需要不断创新和适应变化,推动国家或地区的持续发展。在教育领域,新时代对教师的师德师风提出了更高的要求,体育师范生作为社会主义现代化国家的重要建设者,对于体育师范生师德师风的培育具有巨大的价值,是提高学生素养的重要举措,是体育强国建设的题中要义,是立德树人任务的关键之匙。具有有利于全面实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略,有利于培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人,有利于建设高素质教师人才队伍的积极意义。进行有效实践,加强顶层设计,规范教育行为;关注学生成长,营造良好氛围;树立榜样引领,教师以身作则;强化自主意识,增加学生素养,为新时代体育师范生师德师风培育提供有效方法。
In the new era,the country's economic strength,scientific and technological level,and cultural influence and other aspects have been significantly improved.At the same time,the new era is also facing new opportunities and challenges,which requires constantinnovation and adaptation to changes to promote the sustainable development of the country or region.In the field of education,the new era has put forward higher requirements for teachers'morality,normal physical education major students,as an important builder of a modern socialist country,have great value for the cultivation of teachers'morality of physical education teacher trainees,which is an important initiative to improve students'literacy,the subject of the construction of a strong sports country,and the key to the task of cultivating education.It is conducive to the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,to train qualified builders and reliable successors for the socialist cause,and the construction of high-quality teachers.We should conduct effective practice,strengthen top-level design,regulate educational behavior;focus on student growth,create a good atmosphere;set up role models to lead,teachers leading by example;strengthen the sense of autonomy,increase students'literacy,and provide effective methods for the cultivation of teachers'morality and ethics in the new era of physical education teacher trainees.
