功能性训练在高校田径训练中的应用

摘要 功能性训练作为一种新兴的训练方法,其在高校田径训练中的应用日益广泛,该文旨在探讨功能性训练在高校田径训练中的应用价值及其具体应用方法,功能性训练可以提高运动员的运动能力,预防运动损伤,促进技术动作的完善,同时增强运动员的心理素质,具体应用包括动态热身与激活、核心力量训练、运动技能训练、爆发力训练、平衡和稳定训练、恢复训练以及速度和敏捷性训练等。在应用过程中,需要注意训练计划的个性化、负荷与恢复的平衡、技术动作的标准性以及安全防护的必要性。研究表明,通过功能性训练的应用,可以有效提升高校田径运动员的竞技水平。 Functional training,as a new training method,its application in college track and field trainingis becoming more and more widespread.This paper aims to explore the application value and specific application methods of functional training in college track and field training.Functional training can improve athletes'athletic ability,prevent sports injuries,promote the perfection of technical movements,and at the same time,enhancetheathletes'psychological quality.Specific applications include dynamic warm-up and activation,core strength training,motor skills training,explosive power training,balance and stability training,recovery training and speed and agility training,etc.In the application process,attention should be paid to the personalized training plan,the balance betweenload and recovery,the standard of technical movements and the necessity of safety protection.The research shows that the application of functional training can effectively improve the competitivelevel of college track and field athletes.
