考虑不同人为因素的机坪碰撞风险动态评估方法

摘要 机坪作业密度高、空间小,是碰撞事故的多发区。当前机坪碰撞风险评估模型并未考虑人为因素,针对此问题,提出一种考虑不同人为因素的机坪碰撞风险动态评估方法。在此基础上进行数据采集,分别计算车辆与车辆、车辆与航空器、航空器之间的碰撞风险并在其中探究不同人为因素的影响程度。实验结果表明:人为因素是机坪碰撞风险计算中不可忽略的重要因素;人员工作负荷相较于工作经验对碰撞风险影响的程度更大;滑行航空器相较推出航空器能够对机坪安全造成更大的威胁,建议在人员工作负荷较大时,适当延长安全距离有利于保障机坪运行安全。 Because of its high working density and narrow space,apron becomes the collision accident prone area.The current collision risk assessment model does not consider human factors.To solve this problem,a dynamic assessment method of apron collision risk incorporating different human factors was proposed to quantitatively calculate the collision risk of apron operation.Based on this method,the simulation experiments were carried out in combination with the actual operation of the airport.The experimental results show that human factor is an important factor that cannot be ignored in the calculation of apron collision risk.The impact of work load on collision risk is greater than that of work experience.Taxiing aircraft can pose a greater threat to apron safety than launching aircraft.It is suggested that when the personnel work load is large,the appropriate extension of the safety distance is conducive to ensuring the safety of the apron operation.
