摘要
无溶剂环氧树脂涂料是水利工程防腐中最常用的涂料之一,不同组成的无溶剂环氧树脂涂料固化成膜后的物理属性也会有所不同,此外固化过程也会影响涂层的均匀性,这都会对涂层最终的工作性能造成影响。选取了四种不同类型的无溶剂环氧树脂,通过试验的手段对比分析了涂料的粘结强度、附着力等物理属性以及防水、耐磨等性能,并综合分析了影响涂料性能的主要因素,结果表明实干时间过短的无溶剂环氧涂层会使得涂层固化不均最终造成涂层耐磨性能、耐冲击等综合性能的下降,所对比涂层的最短实干时间为4.93 h,其附着力最小,为3 MPa,其耐磨性和抗氯化物渗透性也最差。
Solvent-free epoxy coatings is one of the most commonly used coatings in the anticorrosion of hydraulic engineering,the physical properties of solvent-free epoxy coatings with different components after curing will be different.In addition,the curing process also affects the uniformity of the coatings,which will affect the final working performance of coatings.In this paper,four different types of solvent-free epoxy coatings were selected,and the physical properties of the coatings,such as bond strength and adhesion,as well as waterproof and wear-resistant properties,were compared and analyzed by means of experiments.Besides,the main factors affecting the properties of the coatings were comprehensively analyzed,the results showed that solvent-free epoxy coatings with a short dry time can cause uneven curing of the coating,ultimately leading to a decrease in the overall performance such as wear and impact resistance of the coatings.One of the selected coating had a minimum dry time of 4.93 h,the lowest adhesion of 3 MPa,and the worst wear resistance and chloride penetration resistance.
