摘要
生产试验于2023—2024年度研究了百农207和周麦36号在开花后的形态、光合及干物质转运特性.结果表明百农207的旗叶面积、厚度、spad及持绿期均大于周麦36号.开花至灌浆后期,2个小麦品种的光合速率均显著降低,百农207旗叶光合速率均显著高于周麦36号.2个品种的光合速率日变化和旗叶光合速率的光相应曲线也表明,百农207在8—10时及16—18时旗叶光合速率高于周麦36号,而周麦36号在10—16时旗叶光合速率高于百农207.百农207从灌浆初期至成熟期,单茎干物质质量均高于周麦36号.单位面积产量百农207高于周麦36号但差异不显著.
The morphological,photosynthetic,and dry matter transport characteristics of Bainong207 and Zhoumai36 after flowering were studied in production trials in 2023—2024.The results showed that the area,thickness,spad and leave lasting-green stage of flag leaves in Bainong207 were all larger than those in Zhoumai36.From flowering to the late stage of grain filling,the photosynthetic rate of both wheat varieties significantly decreased,and the photosynthetic rate of flag leaves in Bainong207 was significantly higher than that in Zhoumai36.The daily variation of photosynthetic rate and light response curve of photosynthetic rate of flag leaf of the two varieties also indicate that the photosynthetic rate of the flag leaf of Bainong207 is higher than that of Zhoumai36 from 8—10 am and 16—18 pm,while the photosynthetic rate of the flag leaf of Zhoumai36 is higher than that of Bainong207 from 10—16 pm.From the early stage of grain filling to maturity,the dry matter weight per stem of Bainong207 was higher than that of Zhoumai36,and the final yield per unit area of Bainong207 was higher than that of Zhoumai36,but the difference was not significant.
