摘要
试验旨在探究白头翁、丹皮和黄连等中草药对鸡大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的体外抑菌效果.采用水提法制备中草药.通过24种中草药对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌圈直径大小、最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)的结果判定体外抑菌效果.结果表明,选择的24味中草药中,山茱萸对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最佳,抑菌圈直径为18.8 mm,MIC值为125.00 mg/mL,MBC值为250.00 mg/mL;绿茶碎、黄连、紫花地丁次之.山茱萸和绿茶碎对沙门氏菌的抑菌效果最佳,抑菌圈直径分别为18.0 mm、15.3 mm,MIC值为62.50 mg/mL、125.00 mg/mL,MBC值为125.00 mg/mL、125.00 mg/mL;黄连、秦皮和紫花地丁次之;白头翁、黄柏和穿心莲等20味中草药对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌无抑菌效果.试验结果表明,绿茶碎和山茱萸对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌有明显的抑制作用.本研究为预防和治疗由大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌引起的疾病提供了参考.
This study aimed to evaluate the in vitro antibacterial effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)such as Pulsatillae Radix,Moutan Cortex and Coptidis Rhizoma on Escherichia coli and Salmonella.Traditional Chinese medicines was prepared by water extracts.The vitro antibacterial effect was determined by the results of antibacterial inhibition zone diameter,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of 24 traditional Chinese medicines on Escherichia coli and Salmonella.The results showed that among the 24 traditional Chinese medicines selected,Corni Fructus had the most significant antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,with an antibacterial inhibition zone diameter of 18.8 mm and the MIC value of 125.00 mg/mL and MBC value of 250.00 mg/mL,followed by Coptidis Rhizoma,Violae Herba and Green Tea Crumb.Corni Fructus and Green Tea Crumb showed the best antibacterial effect on Salmonella,with an antibacterial inhibition zone diameter were 18.0 mm and 15.3 mm,and the MIC values were 62.50 mg/mL and 125.00 mg/mL,and MBC values of 125.00 mg/mL and 125.00 mg/mL,followed by Coptidis Rhizoma,Fraxini Cortex and Violae Herba.Nineteen traditional Chinese medicines,such as Pulsatillae Radix,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and Andrographis Herba had no antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Salmonella.The results of this study show that Corni Fructus and Green Tea Crumb have significant inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli and Salmonella in vitro,which provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of disease caused by Escherichia coli and Salmonella.
