面齿轮车齿展成建模及啮合性能分析

摘要 面齿轮因具有紧凑结构、高传动效率和高承重性等特点而具有巨大的发展前景.使用车齿法加工面齿轮相较于插齿、滚齿具有高效、低成本等优点.论文以正交直齿面齿轮为研究对象,对面齿轮车加工原理进行分析,并对在不同安装误差下的面齿轮轮齿进行接触分析(TCA),利用数值仿真方法分析偏置误差、轴交角误差和安装距误差对面齿轮接触轨迹的影响.使用YK2260MC数控车齿机床进行车齿加工,使用格里森650GMS齿轮检测齿面误差,结果显示,左侧齿面误差最大,为13.9μm,右侧齿面误差最大,为11.7μm.该结果验证了车齿加工数学模型的正确性,提高面齿轮的加工精度和效率,为进一步改进面齿轮车齿工艺提供了参考. Face gear has great development prospects because of its compact structure,high transmission efficiency and high load-bearing capacity.Compared with gear shaping and gear hobbing,face gear machining by turning method has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost.Therefore,this paper chooses orthogonal spur face gear as the research object,analyzes the machining principle of face gear,and calculates the tooth contact analysis(TCA)of face gear under different installation errors.The influence of offset error,shaft angle error and installation distance error on the contact trajectory of face gear is analyzed by numerical simulation.The YK2260MC CNC gear skiving machine was used for gear skiving machining,and the Gleason 650GMS gear detection center was used to detect the tooth surface error in this article.The results show that the maximum error of the left tooth surface is 13.9μm,and the maximum error of the right tooth surface is 11.7μm.The correctness of the generation model of the face gear skiving in this paper is verified,which provides a reference for improving the machining accuracy and efficiency of face gears and further improving the gear skiving process.
