摘要
在立柱安全阀冲击压力试验中,需要在25 ms内压力由30 MPa至安全阀开启,实现该压力梯度存在一定的困难。针对该问题,提出了利用二通阀供液、增压缸增压和管路节流调节的方式实现压力梯度的控制。通过AMESim仿真找到了控制压力上升梯度的规律,并通过试验验证了控制方法正确有效,为立柱安全阀冲击压力试验提供了一种解决方案。
In the impact pressure test of the column safety valve,it is necessary to increase the pressure from 30 MPa to the opening of the safety valve within 25 ms,which poses certain difficulties in achieving this pressure gradient.To address this issue,a method of using a two-way valve for liquid supply,booster cylinder pressurization,and pipeline throttling adjustment was proposed to achieve pressure gradient control.The law of controlling the gradient of pressure rise was found through AMESim simulation,and the correctness and effectiveness of the control method were verified through experiments,providing a solution for the impact pressure test of the column safety valve.
