摘要
教师具有企业实践经验是校企合作实现互惠互利的纽带。我国高职院校的校企合作面临企业参与高职教育办学动力不足与参与程度低的困境,而新加坡大力推进教师获得企业实践使得校企合作形成了良性循环。对新加坡校企合作经验进行分析后得到以下启示:一是教师入职条件应注重企业工作经历,二是教师进企业实践要有完善的制度保障,三是教师职称晋升考核制度注重企业实践项目完成情况。
Teachers’practice experience in enterprises serves as a crucial link for mutual benefits in school-enterprise cooperation.The dilemma in China’s higher vocational colleges stems from insufficient motivation and low participation of enterprises in higher vocational education,while Singapore has vigorously promoted teachers’access to enterprise practice,creating a virtuous cycle of school-enterprise cooperation.Through the analysis of Singapore’s school-enterprise cooperation experience,the following enlightenments are obtained:First,employment conditions of teachers should emphasize enterprise work experience;second,there must be perfect system guarantee for teachers participating in enterprise practice;third,the promotion assessment system for the teacher title should focus on the completion of enterprise practice projects.
