为学前儿童提供优质的受教育权是确保每一个孩子顺利成长与成功的基础性条件。为充分发挥公办幼儿园的示范辐射作用,全面对民办园实施精准帮扶,助力培养普惠性民办园高素质保教师资,泉州经济技术开发区的公办幼儿园即第二实验幼儿园,与两所民办园签订帮扶共建协议,以市级科研课题研究项目的扎实推进,有效提升民办园的整体管理水平与办学质量,积极促进区域公民办幼儿园优质普惠均衡发展。

Providing high-quality education rights for preschool children is a fundamental condition to ensure the smooth growth and success for every child.In order to give fully play to the demonstrative and radiating role of public kindergartens,it is necessary to implement precise assistance for private kindergartens comprehensively,and help cultivate high-quality and well-maintained teachers in inclusive private kindergartens.The public kindergarten of Quanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,namely The Second Experimental Kindergarten,has signed the co-construction agreements with two private kindergartens.With the solid promotion of municipal scientific research projects,the overall management level and school-running quality of private kindergartens have been improved effectively,and the balanced development of high-quality and inclusive public kindergartens in the same region has been promoted actively.
