数字技术应用对农民创业活跃度的影响机制研究

The Mechanism of Influence of Digital Technology Application on Farmers'Entrepreneurial Activity Degree

数字技术的应用为农民创业活动带来了新机遇,对于助力乡村振兴、实现农业农村现代化具有重要意义。运用2011—2022年我国31个省份的面板数据,实证分析数字技术应用对农民创业活跃度的影响及其作用机制,并进一步考察数字技术对不同地理区位的农民创业活跃度的异质性影响。研究发现:第一,整体上看,数字技术应用通过不同形式能显著促进农民创业活跃度的提升。第二,数字技术应用对农民创业活跃度作用机制检验发现,在全国整体水平层面,人力资本水平对数字技术应用与农民创业活跃度具有正向调节作用。第三,数字技术应用对农民创业活跃度的影响存在区域异质性,数字技术应用对东部地区农民创业活跃度的影响较中西部地区更显著。

The application of digital technology has brought new opportunities for farmers'entrepreneurial activities,which is important for helping rural revitalization and realizing agricultural and rural modernization.Using panel data from 31 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2011-2022,this paper empirically analyses the impact of digital technology applications on farmers'entrepreneurial activity degree and its mechanism of action,and further examines the heterogeneous impact of digital technology on farmers'entrepreneurial activity degree in different geographical locations.The study finds that:firstly,overall,digital technology applications can significantly contribute to farmers'entrepreneurial activity through dfferent forms.Secondly,the test of the effect mechanism of digital technology application on farmers'entrepreneurial activity finds that at the national level,the level of human capital has a positive moderating effect on the application of digital technology and farmers'entrepreneurial activity.Thirdly,there is regional heterogeneity in the effect of digital technology applications on farmers'entrepreneurial activity,with the effect of digital technology applications on farmers'entrepreneurial activity being more significant in the eastern regions than in the central and western regions.
