摘要
目的比较健康促进医院创建前后医务人员的职业倦怠发生情况,探索降低医务人员职业倦怠的有效途径。方法基于职业倦怠量表设计问卷,随机选取450名医务人员调查其健康促进医院创建前后的职业倦怠情况,评估创建效果。结果健康促进医院创建前后分别有435、432人参与调查。创建前,医务人员的职业倦怠发生率为54.25%,不同性别、年龄、学历、工龄、职称和科室的医务人员之间,职业倦怠总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康促进医院创建后,医务人员的职业倦怠发生率为46.06%,低于创建前,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.813,P=0.016)。结论医务人员的职业倦怠发生率较高,创建健康促进医院可有效改善医务人员的职业倦怠情况。
Objective To compare the incidence of professional burnout among medical staff before and after the establishment of health promotion hospitals,and to explore effective ways to reduce professional burnout among medical staff.Methods A questionnaire based on the maslach burnout Inventory was designed to assess burnout levels among medical staff.A random sample of 450 medical personnel was selected to investigate their burnout levels before and after the establishment of health promotion hospitals,in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.Results A total of 435 and 432 medical staff participated in the survey before and after the establishment of health promotion hospital,respectively.Before the establishment,the incidence of professional burnout among medical staff was 54.25%.There were statistically significant differences in burnout scores among medical staff of different genders,ages,educational levels,years of service,titles,and departments(P<0.01).After the establishment of health promotion hospital,the incidence of professional burnout among medical staff was 46.06%,which was lower than before the establishment,and this difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.813,P=0.016).Conclusions The incidence of professional burnout among medical staff is relatively high,but the establishment of health promotion hospitals can effectively improve the situation of professional burnout among medical personnel.
