建设海外实战培训基地助力国际化人才培养

Building Overseas Practical Training Bases to Support the Cultivation of International Talent

本文贯彻《中国石化人才强企工程战略规划和行动方案》和集团领导“要统筹好驻北美机构资源,高起点规划好、建设好国际化人才休斯顿培训基地,尽早发挥作用,为国际化业务发展输送高水平的智力支持”的指示要求,深入思考资源统筹共享的思路。在过去多年驻北美机构形式多样地开展国际化人才培训的基础上,总结了探索创新国际化人才实践锻炼平台的方式方法,进一步提出了关于配合远航工程、助力中国石化国际化人才事业发展的若干建议。

This paper implements the“SINOPEC Talent Strengthening Enterprise Strategy and Action Plan”and follows the leadership’s directive to“coordinate the resources of the North American institutions,plan and build the Houston training base for international talent from a high starting point,and put it into action as soon as possible to provide high-level intellectual support for the development of international business.”Based on years of diverse international talent training conducted by North American institutions,this paper summarizes the methods of exploring and innovating practical platforms for international talent training and further provides several suggestions to support the development of SINOPEC’s international talent initiative.
