在全球气候变化和资源紧缺的大背景下,绿色包装作为一种减少环境污染和资源消耗的有效手段,受到了国际社会的广泛关注。我国作为世界上最大的商品生产和消费国之一,其商品包装的绿色化对于环境保护具有重要意义。然而我国在商品绿色包装方面仍面临诸多挑战,包括法律法规的不完善、执行力度的不足以及公众环保意识的不强等问题。因此深入分析我国商品绿色包装的法律问题,并提出切实可行的完善建议,对于推动我国绿色包装的发展具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文分析了我国商品绿色包装法律问题,并提出了我国商品绿色包装法律完善建议。

Against the backdrop of global climate change and resource scarcity,green packaging has received widespread attention from the international community as an effective means of reducing environmental pollution and resource consumption.As one of the wor ld's largest producers and consumers of goods,the greening of product packaging in China is of great significance for environmental protection.However,China still faces many challenges in green packaging of goods,including incomplete laws and regulations,insufficient enforcement,and weak public awareness of environmental protection.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the legal issues of green packaging for goods in China and proposing practical and feasible improvement suggestions have important theoretical an d practical value for promoting the development of green packaging in China.This article analyzes the legal issues of green packaging for goods in China,and then proposes suggestions for improving the legal system of green packaging for goods in China.
