基于波浪发电储能装置的DC/DC变换器设计实验研究

摘要 波浪发电过程中存在着发电的随机性和不稳定性,将储能装置接入波浪发电系统能较好地解决此类问题。针对波浪发电的特点,设计一款利用新型半导体材料功率器件(氮化镓)的DC/DC变换器用于储能装置中。阐述系统结构的组成,并分析其工作原理。根据设计参数和氮化镓开关特性设计出主电路、驱动电路、采样电路和控制电路。根据设计构建测试平台,测试在电压变换的情况下能够稳定输出0.5 A的电流。测试结果验证了所设计方案的有效性,对波浪发电储能系统的实际应用具有一定的参考价值。 The randomness and instability exist in the process of wave power generation,which can be solved by connecting energy storage device to wave power generation system.According to the characteristics of wave power generation,a DC/DC converter using a new type of semiconductor material power device(GaN)is proposed in the energy storage device.The composition of the system structure is explained,and its working principle is analyzed.The main circuit,driving circuit,sampling circuit and control circuit are designed according to the design parameters and characteristics of gallium nitride switch.A test platform is built according to the design,and the test results can output a stable 0.5 A current under the condition of voltage transformation.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the design scheme,which has a certain reference value for the practical application of wave power energy storage system.
