Breaking and building is an important aspect of the world outlook and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.It is also a clear embodiment of the Marxist standpoint,viewpoint and method,and a scientific method of universal significance.In the self-revolution of the Communist Party of China in the new era,we should make good use of the scientific method of both breaking and building,correctly handle the relationship between these two,adhere to the rule of breaking the world first,and,based on that,combine breaking and building.We should strive to break the outdated ideas and establish the governance concept with the times,to break the disadvantages of the party system and mechanism and establish the scientific and efficient party governance system,and to break the deep-rooted stubborn problems and make the blade inward governance image so as to break the dilemma of public power alienation.We should break the alienation of public power,establish the plan of party governing China,and build a resilent party that stands in front of world by breaking and building and by self-revolution.
