Reverse the Inverted Relationship between Doctor and Patient's Interests:A Discussion on Moral Kidnapping

在资本主体化的现实背景下,大型医院不断扩张,医生为了满足个人私欲,在诊疗服务中过度依赖仪器设备和实验室检查结果,为现代医学发展带来了极大冲击。在医疗实践中不断产生突破医学道德底线、行业行为底线的行为,医学伦理的作用日益减弱,更有甚者,认为医学伦理是医学发展的绊脚石,是对医学、医生的道德绑架。对此问题进行分析,明确医疗领域中一直被认定为“道德绑架”的现象,实为颠倒是非,而复原“医乃仁术”是破解此是非颠倒现象的光明正道。

In the context of capital dominance,large hospitals are constantly expanding.In order to satisfy their personal desires,doctors excessively rely on medical equipment and laboratory tests in diagnosis and treatment services,which has brought great impact to the development of modern medicine.In medical practice,actions that break through the ethical boundaries of medicine and industry norms have increasingly emerged,and the role of medical ethics is increasingly weakened.What is more,it is believed that medical ethics is a stumbling block to the development of medicine and a moral kidnapping of medicine and doctors.This paper analyzes this problem,clarifying that the phenomenon that has been identified as"moral kidnapping"in the medical field is actually a distortion of right and wrong.The true solution lies in restoring the principle that"medicine is benevolence",thereby addressing this inversion of values.
