摘要
数据科学技术进步与个性化学习需求催生出新的医学教育范式——医学精准教育。国外学者提出医学精准教育4P模式(主动性、个性化、参与性和预测性)。理论基础是自适应学习者理论、转化式学习理论和自我决定理论。我国八年制医学教育和普通高等医学教育都可借鉴医学精准教育理念及4P模式,提升医学人才培养质量。为确保医学精准教育得到成功实施,必须考虑教师和学生对人工智能新技术和评价技术的理解与开发。在医学精准教育中拥抱人工智能,迎接新技术与伦理的挑战。医学精准教育是一个新兴领域,需要从理论基础到新技术进一步探讨和完善。
Advances in data science and the growing demand for personalized learning have given rise to a new paradigm in medical education-precision medicine education.Foreign scholars put forward the 4P model of precision medicine education for reference,namely:proactive,personalized,participatory and predictive.Its main theoretical basis is:the master adaptive learner,transformative learning theory,and self-determination theory.The eight-year medical education programs and general higher medical education in China can learn from the concept and 4P model of precision medicine education to improve the quality of medical talent training.To ensure the successful implementation of precision medicine education,the understanding and development of AI-driven technologies and assessment tools by both teachers and students must be considered.Embracing artificial intelligence in precision medicine education offers opportunities to address new technological and ethical challenges.As an emerging field,precision medical education requires further exploration and refinement,from its theoretical foundation to the integration of new technologies.
