摘要
针对薛湖煤矿29020工作面存在回风流及隅角瓦斯浓度超标问题,对工作面采用“立体多维瓦斯治理技术”治理采空区瓦斯,采用沿空留巷均压控风技术+隅角强化抽放技术+底抽巷分源抽放技术+普钻与定向高位协同抽采技术从多维度进行瓦斯治理。结果表明:均压控风后沿空留巷段漏风减少73%,隅角强化抽放使每分钟抽采瓦斯纯量达到约1.1 m^(3)。底抽巷分源抽放技术实现了对瓦斯的拦截和抽放,普钻与定向高位协同抽采技术,提高了钻孔抽采期和利用率,极大地降低了29020工作面回风流及隅角瓦斯浓度,为解决高瓦斯矿井高产采煤面的瓦斯治理问题提供借鉴。
In view of the existing problems of return air flow and excessive corner gas concentration in the 29020 working face of Xuehu Coal Mine,the"three-dimensional and multi-dimensional gas governance technology"is adopted on the working to governance the gas in the goaf.Adopting retaining roadway along goaf equal pressure air control technology+corner enhanced drainage technology+bottom extraction roadway source separation drainage technology+general drilling and directional high-level collaborative drainage technology to carry out the gas governance from multiple dimensions.The results show that after equal pressure air control,the air leakage in the section of retaining roadway along goaf is reduced by 73%,and the corner enhanced drainage results in a gas extraction purity of about 1.1 m^(3)per minute.The bottom extraction roadway source separation drainage technology achieves gas interception and extraction,while the general drilling and directional high-level collaborative drainage technology improves the drilling and extraction period and utilization rate,greatly reducing the return air flow and corner gas concentration in the 29020 working face.This provides a reference for solving the gas governance problem in high-yield coal mining faces of high gas mines.
