摘要
杨村煤矿现有辅助运输系统运输线路长,存在单轨吊运输、地轨运输等多种运输方式,车辆较多、运输作业频繁等问题,通过在矿车、平板车、蓄电池电机车、单轨吊等设备上安装定位卡,借助于UWB精确定位的定位系统,建设一套辅助运输监控和物流管理系统。车辆定位采用基于UWB精确定位技术,建设具备红绿灯集中控制、道岔控制、车辆位置、物料自动跟踪管理等全方位立体化管控功能的辅助运输智能调度指挥系统,实现多系统在“一个平台、一张图”上实时显示。紧急情况时,实现绿色通道在全网内直达现场,大幅度提高辅助运输调度效率。
The existing auxiliary transportation system in Yangcun Coal Mine has problems such as long transportation battlefront,long lines,multiple transportation modes such as monorail crane transportation,ground rail transportation and others,large number of vehicles and frequent transportation operations,etc.By installing positioning cards on equipment such as mining cars,flatbed trucks,battery electric locomotives,monorail cranes and so on,and with the help of the positioning system of UWB precise positioning,a set of auxiliary transportation monitoring and logistics management system is built.Vehicle positioning adopts UWB precise positioning technology,and an intelligent dispatch and command system for auxiliary transportation with comprehensive and three-dimensional management and control functions such as centralized control of traffic lights,railroad switch control,vehicles position,automatic tracking and management of materials and others is constructed to achieve real-time display of multiple systems on"one platform,one image".In emergency situations,implementing a green channel to directly reach the site in the whole network greatly improves the dispatch efficiency of auxiliary transportation.
