贵州省农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”发展研究

Research on the "First One Kilometer" Development of Cold Chain Logistics for Agricultural Products in Guizhou Province

随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对于生鲜农产品的要求越来越高。“最先一公里”作为农产品物流渠道源头,其建设在农产品流通体系中越来越重要。文章对贵州省农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”的发展现状进行分析,发现存在以下问题:农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”认知度不足、基础设施不够完善、标准化和信息化程度低、大型综合性冷链物流企业匮乏。基于此,提出加强宣传力度及扶持力度、加大农产品产地基础设施建设、加强标准化信息化建设、培育壮大农产品冷链物流运营主体等方面以期推动贵州省农产品冷链物流高质量发展。

Along with the fast development of Chinese economy,the demand for fresh produce is getting higher and higher.As the source of agricultural product logistics channels,the construction of"the first one kilometer"is becoming increasingly important in the agricultural product circulation system.In this paper,the present situation of Guizhou Province's"first mile"of agricultural cold chain logistics is analyzed.We find the following problems:Insufficient awareness of the"first mile"of agricultural cold chain logistics,inadequate infrastructure,low standardization and informatization,and a lack of large-scale comprehensive cold chain logistics enterprises.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen publicity and support efforts,increase infrastructure construction in agricultural product production areas,strengthen standardized information construction,and cultivate strong operators of agricultural product cold chain logistics.The aim is to improve the quality of the cold chain logistics in Guizhou Province.
