思政课与专业课双师协同育人的价值意蕴、现实困境与实现路径

摘要 随着高等教育改革的深入,思政课教师与专业课教师协同育人已成为高校教育的重要理念。从思政课教师与专业课教师协同育人层面上,分析了双师协同育人的价值意蕴及其当前面临的主要困境,提出了通过转变思想观念、理顺课堂边界、建强师资队伍和培育互融互通机制等措施,推动思政课内涵式发展,培养德才兼备的高素质人才。 With the deepening of higher education reform,the cooperative education of ideological and political teachers and specialized teachers has become an important concept of higher education.From the level of collaborative education between ideological and political teachers and teachers of specialized courses,this paper analyzes the value implication and main difficulties of the collaborative education of the two teachers,and puts forward some measures to promote the concursive development of ideological and political courses and cultivate high-quality talents with both virtue and ability by changing ideas,rationalizing classroom boundaries,strengthening teachers and cultivating mutual integration and communication.
