维生素D在偏头痛发病机制及临床治疗中作用的研究进展

摘要 偏头痛是一种常见的慢性神经系统疾病,以中度至重度的头痛发作及伴随可逆性神经和全身症状为主要特征。研究证实,多种机制参与了偏头痛的发病。维生素D作为一种类固醇激素,在人体各种生命活动中发挥着重要作用。维生素D缺乏与偏头痛存在关联,维生素D作为治疗剂被用于偏头痛的临床研究。该文对维生素D在偏头痛发病机制及临床治疗中作用的研究进展作一综述。 Migraine is a common chronic neurological disorder characterized by moderate to severe headache episodes accompanied by reversible nerve injury and systemic symptoms.Studies have confirmed that multiple mechanisms are involved in the onset of migraine.Vitamin D,as a steroid hormone,plays an important role in various life activities of the human body.Vitamin D deficiency is associated with migraine,and vitamin D has been used as a therapeutic agent in clinical trials for migraine.In this paper,the research progress on the role of vitamin D in the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of migraine is reviewed.
