摘要
目的研究和分析六分钟步行试验(6MWT)对尘肺病患者的干预价值,为评估尘肺病的临床干预效果提供参考。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在福建省职业病与化学中毒预防控制中心接受治疗的尘肺病患者80例作为研究对象。根据尘肺病分期的不同,分为一期组27例、二期组27例、三期组26例。三组均进行6MWT,并检测血氧饱和度(SaO2)、血红蛋白(HGB)水平及相关肺功能指标(FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%、FVC%),并对差异有统计学意义的上述指标进行相关性分析。结果三组6 min步行距离、HGB、SaO2、FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%、FVC%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经相关性分析发现,6 min步行距离与SaO_(2)、FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%、FVC%呈正相关。结论6MWT可准确评估尘肺病患者的全身功能及肺功能。与脉搏血氧仪检查、血液检查、肺功能检测相比,6MWT无需专业技术人员提供支持,也无需使用专业的仪器与设备,对场地、设备与器械要求低,操作简单、费用低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the intervention value of six minute walking test(6MWT)on pneumoconiosis patients,and to provide reference for evaluating the clinical intervention effect of pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with pneumoconiosis who received treatment at the Fujian Occupational Disease and Chemical Poisoning Prevention and Control Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different stages of pneumoconiosis,they were divided into the first stage group with 27 cases,the second stage group with 27 cases,and the third stage group with 26 cases.All three groups underwent 6MWT,and blood oxygensaturation(SaO2),hemoglobin(HGB)level and related lung function indicators(FEV,/FVC,FEV,%,FVC%)were measured.Correlation analysis was conducted on the above indicators with statistically significant differences.Results The 6 min walking distance,HGB,SaO2,FEV,/FVC,FEV,%and FVC%of three groups were compared,and the dfferences were statistically significant(P<0.05);through correlation analysis,it was found that 6 min walking distance was positively correlated with SaO_(2),FEV/FVC,FEV,%,and FVC%.Conclusion 6MWT could accurately evaluate the systemic and pulmonary functions of patients with pneumoconiosis.Compared with pulse oximeter examination,blood examination and lung function testing,6MWT did not require professional technical personnel to provide support,nor did it require the use of professional instruments and equipment,which had low requirements for venue,equipment and instruments,it was easy to operate and had low cost,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
