葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病的临床疗效研究

Study on the clinical effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus

目的探讨葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病的临床治疗效果,为糖尿病患者的临床治疗提供新的思路,从而让更多糖尿病患者获得更有效的治疗。方法选取2019年9月—2022年6月天津市红桥区西于庄街社区卫生服务中心收治的96例糖尿病患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各48例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予葛根芩连汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.414,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组FBG、2hPBG和HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.17%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.019,P<0.05)。结论葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病效果良好,能明显控制血糖水平,降低不良反应发生率,在临床上具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on diabetes mellitus,to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of diabetes patients,so that more diabetes patients could get more effective treatment.Methods From September 2019 to June 2022,96 patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Tianjin Hongqiao District Xiyuzhuang Street Community Health Service Center were selected as the observation objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,while the study group was treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficacy,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%,which was higher than the 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.414,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG,2hPBG and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.17%,which was lower than the 16.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.019,P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen Qinlian Decoction had a good effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus,could significantly control the blood sugar level,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and had important clinical application value.
