零散工业废水集中处理中心工程案例分析

摘要 零散工业废水是指中小微企业生产过程中日均排放量不足3吨,不属于危险废物且经批准或备案的工业废水,具有水量少、浓度高、波动大的特点。东莞市某零散工业废水集中处理中心,通过采用“分类物化预处理+高级氧化+A^(2)O+MBR+高级氧化+反硝化滤池+曝气生物滤池”的组合处理工艺,处理后出水稳定达到项目排放标准。 The scattered industrial wastewater refers to the industrial wastewater with an average daily discharge of less than 3 tons during the production process of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is not classified as hazardous waste and has been approved or recorded.It has the characteristics of low water volume,high pollutant concentration,and large fluctuations.A scattered industrial wastewater centralized treatment center in Dongguan City has adopted a combined treatment process of"classified physical and chemical pretreatment+advanced oxidation+A^(2)O+MBR+advanced oxidation+denitrification filter+biological aerated filter"to treat the wastewater and the treated effluent steadily meets the project's discharge standards.
